Park+ asks to recharge fastag for Rs 400 to unlock vouchers. Is it just a confirmation of authencity and the amount will be refunded (like when adding a car, a fastag recharge of Rs 10 was required but that amount was then refunded) or will I actually have to pay it?

You have to pay it won't get refunded , i usually do my Airtel fasttag topup and transfer it to bank account

Airtel fasttag if you have you can easily recharge and transfer money to Bank account. (Airtel Payments Bank Account required)
