Unipay failed transaction

On 17th I tried to pay 11k to my Aubank cc via unipay by SBI via hdfc dc. Trnx has failed. Aubank says the trnx has failed. It even shows the amount is 0. Sbi says amount ll be refunded. But no refund till date. Today is day 6. No refund yet. Unipay cc doesn't reply, BBPS cc doesn't reply, BBPS twitter dms to take complaint which I did.
My question is whom should I approach if things get awry? I tried to do through RBI ombudsman's complain form to no avail. Help n guide

BharatConnect_ is the twitter handle. They do it.
Just paid my ICICI CC bill via SBI Unipay after logging into my account. Amount got debited from the bank account and the transaction was showing as successful. But now there is no record of transaction in recent transactions. Don't know what happened here.. I have no reference number of the transaction (forgot to take the SS)
P.S. - Amount not credited to CC

For everyone, Don't use SBI Unipay today (4th October, 2024) for ICICI Credit Card payment. Again tried to pay my CC dues as the bill amount was around 4k. It has failed twice.
P.S. - This time I have the Screenshot of the transaction
Paid SBI CC 2 days using quickpay without logging in, it showed successful so I didnt take screenshot, now the money has been debited, didnt recieve payment in CC, no screenshots with me, no sms no email, nothing.. I am toh not even sure at this moment whether I have paid my own CC payment or someone else's card with 30k.
Dnt even know what i am supposed to tell Customer care to track the transaction.
