No changes for middle class

As usual middle class is f*cked. I keep thinking why I was born in a literate family without truck load of money, could have been just one of them BPL inbred, free home, health insurance and whatnot. Love this chai selling government though can’t remember when any government did anything for the middle class anyway.

Any good and bad move ??

Salary hike: President to now get Rs 500,000, V-P Rs 400,000 per month

The salaries of the President and the Vice President have been increased to Rs 500,000 and Rs 400,000 per month respectively, in a rectification of an anomaly.

Announcing the hike in their salaries in his Budget speech, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said the emoluments of the President, the Vice President and the Governors were last revised with effect from January 1, 2006.

“These emoluments are proposed to be revised to Rs 500,000 for the President, Rs 400,000 for the Vice President and to Rs 350,000 per month for the Governors,” he said, amidst thumping of desk by the members in the Lok Sabha.

As of now, the President gets Rs 150,000 per month, the Vice President Rs 125,000 and a Governor of a state Rs 110,000.

Till now, the President, the Vice President and the Governors continued to get less salaries as compared to the top bureaucrats and service chiefs since the laws were not amended to rectify an anomaly with the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission’s recommendations two years ago.

After the implementation of the 7th Pay Commission’s awards on January 1, 2016, the Cabinet Secretary, who is the top-most bureaucrat in the country, gets Rs 225,000 per month and a Secretary in the Union government draws Rs 225,000 per month.

The President is also the supreme commander of all the three armed forces – the Army, Air Force, and Navy.
However, the President’s current salary was less than the chiefs of the three armed forces, who draw a salary equivalent to the cabinet secretary

in short , conclusion – middle class is almost completely ignored , no relief to them .

but 1 more thing those same people were saying before budget that lollipops will be given for next LS polls ,
so now at least they will not say budget announced specially for next LS polls . which many other govts do before LS elections ..

Do we still need GSTIN for selling used items on ebay? or any changes on that?
