Union Bank of India's Latest Rip-Off: ₹46.30 SMS Charge!

Union Bank of India is increasing its charges yet again. This time, my account was debited ₹46.30 as SMS charges for the June quarter. It's frustrating to see these costs adding up. Does anyone else feel the pinch from these rising fees?

Almost all medium or small governments banks are doing this. Bkl also charge for neft, rtgs done online.

Rs. 0.25+GST per SMS for

Domestic SMS and Rs. 1.20+GST

per SMS for international SMS with

a maximum cap of Rs. 15+GST

per quarter.

Shouldn't they have just charged 15+gst

1) Branch Level - 000

2) Grievances redressal officer - 000

3) Field grievance officer - 000

4) Regional Office - No mail reply or phone ne pick - 000

5) Zonal office Phone not getting connected not reply to mail   - 000

6) RBI ombudsman - Not replying to RBI - 000

7) NCH complaint - No reply to NCH also - 000


You can't beat Union Bank at any level .

services getting bad, this doesnt make sense.

beyond the monthly limit, they even charge for an unsuccessful atm withdrawal transaction
