Hi, so it's been almost 7 or so months that I'm unable to log into vyom mobile app, eveytime I proceed to select a registered number SIM (out of two SIMs) registration fails. I used to think that it was due to my new mobile that I recently bought but then I saw torrents of comments on Play Store.

So are you facing the same issue, were you able to solve the same somehow ? What's the solution ? The most I can think of is using some UPI app but that doesn't provide any access to banking facilities related to account eg. FD, bank statements etc.

but that's the whole point I don't wanna buy a new mobile just so that i can login to my mobile banking app, and as you said the app isn't particularly sh*t as such as I have been doing all banking activities especially for FD and UPI on the same app and then the bank decided to roll the god forsaken update from Next to weirdly named Vyom and sh*t hit the fan at the very moment IRRC

If new device yes this issue is there.

Need to visit branch and they raise a request to deregister from your old device.

After 48 hours, in the new device you need to download app and re-register.

Here is the catch, the registration has 4 options ( say 4 registration channel services) and they shut three of them namely
A) code from branch( token)
B) internet login/password
C) register via aadhar authentication
.
The only option that will work is registration via debit card, which means debit card mandatory.
Thank's I had no idea of such security "measure" I read some comments from people that calling the Toll Free no. doesn't do much as they direct you to bank branch and bank also failed them.

But I'll give it a try, although this seems noob move to not prompt this on error window itself by the App as I have been failing at it since last few months. Thanks a lot for help.
Change your bank if other banks are available in the area.
not feasible now that i have more than few payee transactions already been set eg. LIC and such
Vyom is sh*t app. But I can login in to app . Just checked .
Try to change the sim and login in other mobile.
