UNI Paycheck worst experience

I have installed UNI app in which there is an Paycheck option. I have entered few details some months back but as it was showing an error message " Something went wrong! We are trying to figure out this issue. Please wait few moments & try again. "

I thought I might not be eligible so I uninstalled the app after few try's.

Few days ago I got a SMS that 50000 will be credited in your account and the next day 50000 got credited in my account. I again installed the app and checked it, it was showing Application in progress and when I clicked continue, the same error message is displayed. 

No other option is available except this error option.

From past 10 days I have been in contact with their customer support but either they are saying wait till 48 hours max and the issue will be resolved or they that they have escalated the concern to the respective team but till now there is not any update that they at least tried something. I am listening to their scripted messages only.

I have also received the loan repayment schedule on mail the same day the amount was credit. But how can I pay, I asked them if there is any auto debit feature, they said all our payment options are manual only. Plus they said as I have not completed the KYC, this amount credit should not have happened and it seems a technical glitch.

I fear that my credit score will drop now as I don't have any repayment option and plus I don't want to give interest or processing fee as I did not want any amount from my end, they have only credited it!

IN SHORT: Uni Paycheck gave me money that I didn't ask for and now there is no repayment option!

Has anyone come across in situation like this before, don't know where to go now for help!
