unethical behaviour of idfc first bank employee

Few days ago did a Balance transfer from my idfc credit card to other credit card as their was an offer of processing fee reversal and Rs 1000 amazon voucher. Today i received a call from one of their employee saying if i convert this BT into emi than i will again get processing fee reversal plus an additional Rs 1000 amazon voucher, after this i asked her if it is possible for written confirmation which she denied but said i can record this call. I literally reconfirmed at least 3-4 times about additional amazon voucher and everytime she said yes. Later i decided to proceed while doing audio recording in which she stated her name and id( don’t know genuine or fake) and asked for confirmation than completed the conversion. But after 10-15 minutes she again called and said i just rechecked and found that you will only get one amazon voucher and not the other additionally she shamelessly said i just wanted to inform you about this so that you didn’t find it in future by someone else. Now i have her audio recording but should i register a complaint on her or just leave this matter?

Again, if i tell my mother that I have a gunshot wound and please call an ambulance for me and let me know..

mother very casually says 'yes i could not call, I was doing other work'.. and for that too .. i have to call if alive/ conscious.
Bro I sincerely suggest that you do not look at her as 'just' an outbound calling agent of some contact centre.
Imagine, you are in your eighties or nineties in the future, holding each other's hand and thanking the day you missed out on the ₹1000 processing fee reversal.

IDFC waale maha chu bank hai , mujhe card hi nahi de rhe the diya bhi to ekdum chillar limit wala , i just keep it as it is life time free and railway lounges . ab life time no upgrade no limit enhancement , never trust such small heart bank with your money
When it comes to new-age digital banking offers and facilities, bank employees and their marketing agents are often under-informed. The offers and the accompanied t&c that get published by their central marketing team does not get communicated properly to their branches and other departments.
I wouldn't blame bank employees for being unaware of new digital banking offers and facilities, as I have seen many times when visiting their branches, they are often too busy with useless internal paperwork. Many bank employees have lost their ability to think critically due to this administrative paperwork burden.
Sorry to say, but you should have know it; if an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and the marketing agents / employees are not equipped to recognize it.

@rahulsoni0706846 as you said in your post you got an offer for balance transfer from IDFC Cc to Other Bank Credit card.... are you sure it's not from Other Bank to IDFC Credit card ?
Also what was the Minimum Amount to be transferred to become eligible for the offer ? From Which type of CC to Which type of CC you choose to BT finally ? Did you pay any Proc Fees ?
