now a days ola has became biggest online cab booking app but they should hire driver as per their status I have seen many tempo auto rickshaw driver are in ola those rickshaw drivers have same mentally but in different way to refuse the passengers in ola they directly cancel the booking and we have to suffer alot if there is any kind of emergency like hospital visit etc etc we have to please them to come and not to cancel the booking this is my personal experience I am sharing which I have suffered uber is best than ola

Time for rapido ... They're launching cab service in some locations ... But I think uber is the best .... Rapido prices will anyway be higher as always

There is no exclusivity, same drivers use Ola, Uber and InDrive.

It is not a platform issue but human issue.

Some humans are good and some are bad, same is with drivers, some drivers are extremely amazing comes at location in a timely manner without even a single call or message and with others you have to beg and they will still cancel after ensuring you and coming half-way towards your location.
