Sales'24 channel has misused my personal information and they have created 2 applications on behalf of me for the SBI card.
I checked with SBI and they say it's a secured platform. I was constantly asking them to take necessary action but I am getting a blunt reply as it's declined.
Can I raise this complaint with the ombudsman? Or any other solution?
Now I am not getting my 2nd credit card with SBI.
Any solution?

How come you are sure its from SBI side? first get that proof and then think on complains:) or else they will blatantly deny

File a cybercrime compliant. Send a copy of the complaint to SBI.
