Getting this error when trying to redeem coins for recharge or bill payment even on amount of rs 10 or rs 1000. IMG20240525131013

What to do,

Raised 3 complaints with bajaj through app but they only closed the complaints, Still issue is not resolved,

What to do.

Same issue faced by me and the reason we can only redeem 2000 coins in a month and so we have already redeemed 2000 coins this month. We can redeem the accumulated coins again next month. So wait till next month. Hope this hepled you.
