Unable to register complaint in Canara bank Grievance portal

My mother's account is debited with 342 rs and 20 rs for PMJJBY and PMSBY without getting consent or informing us. So i tried registering complaint in Canara bank Grievance portal to cancel and refund the amount but while submitting the form it is showing some error and not letting me to register the complaint.
Can someone help me here, I couldn't go to the bank that's why I'm trying my best to file it online. I also tried sending mail to [email protected] but got no response.

Their email support is useless.. Can DM me for their CEO email.. U will get call back for sure and they resolve issues quickly

ask the manager, he can cancel and refund within 10 minutes. The same happened with me in Canara Bank.
To complain in any bank, I use the RBI portal (https://rbi.org.in/Scripts/Complaint...px) here it will ask if you have already complaint in the bank or not, so if you select "No" then complain will be closed on rbi & go to the bank via RBI.
