unable to redeem reward points hdfc millenia credit card

i had 2400 points in last month statement
in latest statement i have 3315 reward points
but i am unable to redeem them as the input field and redeem button is disabled (via net banking)
tried from both mobile and laptop
so what could be the reason
any one facing similar problem

Check with customer care and hope you have paid the latest bill
@rogerthat Are clicking on the checkbox button ? The input field becomes editable only for the row for which checkbox button is selected (which you need to select manually). I didn’t know this silly thing when I tried to redeem for the first time…
@rogerthat why are you redeeming so few points? Isn’t there a redemption fee of 99+ gst? Why not accumulate few more points and then redeem? Are you points about to expire?
Best option for Citi is to redeem points against Swiggy transactions and enjoy.
