Unable to redeem HP Pay gift card

I bought this HP Pay gift card - Get HP Pay Gift Card | GyFTR seeing the redemption steps to just add it in HP Pay Wallet but it did not work and gives error - voucher does not exist. Anyone was able to do this?
P.S - this is HP Pay gift card not HP Paycode which is directly redeemed in petrol bunks.

atleast my gift card voucher shows as valid till next year, it is a huge goof up by either HP or Gyftr. I contacted gyftr over phone, they did not help and asked me to contact HP.
Can you share on how you tried to redeem at petrol pump? was it a special PoS machine or Paytm? do we just give them the 16 digit voucher code?
Just got call from GV Help Desk.
The agent said my gift voucher had been used at an HP Petro Pump named Nandal Brothers in Rohtak, Haryana - https://maps.app.goo.gl/vTXubZRqExy...E6
I told the agent that I am from Mumbai and haven't been to Rohtak ever in life. He suggested that the email / SMS may have been accessed by someone. I told him that the email is protected by 2FA. I would know if someone tried to get in. I told him twice to do a Google search on "Rewards 360 scam by Bengaluru Colleage Student in September". He said he will pass it to the relevant team and I'll hear back in 3 days. I don't have high hopes.
same thing happening with me. I purchased 2 1000 vouchers from gyftr. Added both 1 after another but 1 couldnt get added due to timeout or internet issue i guess. Now its showing consumed on gyftr portal but in hppay wallet transaction its not there. As per gyfter CC both 1K vouchers were consumed around same time when i was adding it so it might be lost somewhere in between. Any idea what else can be done as last date to load these voucher onto wallet is 31st March.

I had the same issue too. I could not load it into my HP Pay app at all. Finally when I tried to use it at a petrol pump weeks later (as a voucher and not petro code), it said it is invalid.
Checking the voucher on Gyftr's Help Desk site https://www.gvhelpdes...m/ said that it is already consumed. I have raised a second ticket with Gyftr but got no response. My first ticket was closed 1 minute after I failed to pick up their phone. I got my voucher via HDFC points redemption which uses the Rewards 360 site. The site was hacked by a Bengaluru college kid for 4cr vouchers in September. I am suspecting I am one of the affected people.
