Unable to pay ASD in BESCOM electricity bill

Goto the nearest BESCOM bill payment counter (located in their offices)

Strange they bill you separately for the asd. Why don't they club it with the main electricity bill? Such a hassle for the consumers. Don't know about other states but West Bengal clubs all extra charges including sd & others to the main bill & gives detailed description of all the charges. 

Not sure if any third party platforms will have the facility to pay asd. If the bescom link doesn't work you might have to do it manually by paying a visit to their office joining a long queue. Good luck and hope you find a way out.

Are you using any ad/tracker blockers? Ghostery often breaks websites for me, or maybe its just broken at the moment and will be fine soon.

there is some bug in the payment flow.

follow this steps. 

after login. click on top right corner dropdown > home.

click on quick payment

enter account id & captcha

select ASD & make payment.

Now started working again . seems a temp glitch.
