after entering the OTP the page is not responding.

anyone facing this issue ?

Yes all are facing same issue. Cancel emi by calling customer care.

Have you received Email about your Emi, if not have to wait till the Email, after that you're eligible to cancel emi through mycard portal.

Mostly intentional:) not only here on HDFC mostly on most of the banks

they give loans quickly but closing they take days lol intentionally to make you rethink lol

by using the clause saying technical glitch lol , banks never want their interest earning to go away quickly lol because their customer acquisition cost will rise and their opportunity cost will increase, as they have to search for new sheep to slaughter if one escapes out of this cage called EMI
