Unable to add Axis Ace cc to Gpay

Update : As i did not get any solution from Google pay and Axis bank team i tried finding solution on my own.

I am facing this issue in my Xiaomi note 5 pro. So i inserted my sim card in Samsung A51 for testing purpose and i was able to add my credit to my Gpay account in the Samsung A51 phone..

So at least now i know that there is some old cache build up in my redmi note 5 pro due to which this issue is not getting solved, it tried cleaning app cache, phone cache and even Google play services cache then too the issue was not solved.

Then i moved to another solution. All Xiaomi phones have a feature called "Second Space" that works like dual apps. It creates a new space that is completely like using another new phone in the same Xiaomi device.

So i created a second space then installed gpay and logged in with my email id.

Surprisingly i was able to add my axis ace credit card to my Gpay account successfully!!

It took me 4 months to find this simple solution.

If anyone facing this same problem and they  want to use the app in the first space only or if they have other brand phones, what you can do is to factory reset your device. This will clear the build up cache that is causing this issue.
