Uber 'Ride Later' - Not working for airport?

I am trying to book cab from Delhi airport but I get error: Something went wrong - you can try requesting on-demand ride.
Any idea how to resolve this?

From airport : you get a token like system . Go to uber bay located near the airport and choose your choice of cab, stand in line. Atleast this is what happens in Bangalore / Hyderabad airports.
