What does one need to do so that his/her comment appears in the main page of a twitter/x handle?
Like for example in the image below, the user Deepak's comment is displayed publicly in the Airtel Cares handle(?) page https://x.com/Airtel_Pr...ce
If I post a message tagging anyone, it doesn't appear publicly in the user's handle page like the image below.

So there is no way to make one's post publicly visible?

It was showing on Twitter page because airtel retweeted/reacted on that.
