it was showing ₹35 cashback while using that option thats why I used twid pay
Never used TwidPay but you can try mailing them

I was also thinking to avoide twidpay in future. Lets see what is the final outcome of my query.
Wait! As per their t&c they will credit the cashback after the return period. According to them the return period is 1 month from the date of purchase.

twid dont refund for cancelled orders. Jiomart purposefully cancel order paid with twid. I places couple of orders in jiomart with twid pay both cancelled.
I purchased through jiomart I got 20 rs off using coins ...in made order ..my money debited but order is failed...plz refund my money

My failed transaction refund on Jiomart is pending since 3rd Dec.
Twid pay frod hai paise refund nahi karti hai Maine irctc me ticket karaya fir cancel karne ke baad paise refund twid pay nahi Kiya frod aap hai ye
Also twid has no support so dont expect anything from them.
