Ik this is right, but I eat creamy biscuits, ice cream and cold drinks whenever I think of reducing sugar. Its an addiction.
Maybe try retricting it to particular days of the week. Like
You can only consume it during alternate days of the week. Like Mondays, Wednesday, Friday.
This essentially cuts your consumption by 50%. Then you can cut more after this becomes your normal.
This works for me with some things.
Everything is just a myth that eating regular sugar causes problem. You should know how much your body required and how much you are eating. In my village there hundreds of people who can eat 1 kg sugar in one go and living healthy life because they burn required calories daily by doing hard work .

Its already added in tons in packaged products , which everyone from kids to adults all are addicted now by having it in some form of packaged product.
Every other package product contains Sugar. So to go completely sugar free you need to prepare food at home as per your needs.

At all its a good suggestion, logo k baalo ki quality bhe acchi hogi, skin b glow kregi, khud ko halka bhe mehsoos hoga, energtc.
Jaggery, honey, fruits are also sugar. You don't get any extra benefits using honey or jaggery in place of sugar.

Avoid sugar items empty stomach and consume everything in moderation.
I cut down on sugar
next target is like less screen time on mobile
I am not tea/coffee/cold drink consumer but can't live without sugar ..I crave sweet after meal (sweet from pure mava preferable)
