Recently it was my first time ordering from truemeds, got good discount as well. Now the thing is i received the order today and found that batch number is different in bill and on medicines. Ordered two types of med and both of same mistake in both of them. Meds are genuine and all good. Earlier had faced the exact same thing with dhani pharmacy, but never with Flipkart health plus or medlife.

**update- they were ready to take return and refund but i insisted them to rather provide new invoice with correct batch number mentioned as per the sent medicines. They agreed and sent it after 10 days.

Could just be a billing issue but can turn alarming as different batch numbers on medicine foil & bill can indicate fraudulence. Batch numbers are important to keep track of medicined even after sales. Let the customer service know about it.
