How to apply hdfc rupay platinum debit card. I can’t see option to apply it. It has only option reissued the card. HDFC sarkari bank se khtm hai in terms of online banking.

Bro, they charged me 400+gst=472rs for Rupay Platinum PNB ADD-ON card . They have not informed about the charges before hand and now they are saying charges are revised for rupay card recently…Are you sure issuance fees is 150rs+gst for addon?

Surprisingly, my branch comes under semi-rural area, still 400+gst charge!!

Today I got RUPAY PLATINUM from PNB. The issuance charges of 250+GST has been deducted. And Annual Charges are 150+GST

No one told why I m getting the issue and not able to register 🥴

I’ve salary account with PNB. Card issued with it is rupay classic debit card.

I applied for rupay platinum card about 2 months back by visiting branch. Staff says – your application is in process. Lazy staff.

Now thinking to close this account.

PNB refunded 295₹ out of 472₹ for add-on card.
Ie Now PNB charged 150+GST=177 for Add-on card

What are the charges for Rupay Platinum Card in PNB ?

After reading all pages, conclusion is avoid... you may get burnt at unknown places of your body... 😀

Opened Unnathi savings account online in June 2022. Completed video KYC via link in SMS. Person said video KYC verification will be done in around a week after which account will be fully operational.

NOTHING HAPPENED. THEY NEVER OPENED MY ACCOUNT. Filed grievance/complaint on PNB website that despite doing video KYC (showing PAN and doing signature on paper), no one did anything further. They said "Video KYC was never done" and closed the complaint.🙄🙄🙄

I got super annoyed and gave up on this Punjab Nalayak Bank.

Yesterday did video KYC again. Today got an SMS finally that account is opened, full KYC done.

Tried to request PNB RuPay Platinum DC by calling customer care.

1st time when I called: Some lady replied "Our systems are down. Can't place debit card request. Call again after few hours."

2nd time when I called: Some guy replied "You must have ₹50000 in your savings account before we can issue RuPay Platinum." IS THIS TRUE? 😡

3rd time when I called: Another guy replied "Your account video KYC got completed today. Your account is not verifying on our end. Wait for 24-48 hours before placing debit card request." Also he started giving me a lecture on why I am hurrying things up, if video KYC was done today, at least I should have waited 24 hours.🙄🙄🙄🙄 I asked him if they have mentioned ANYWHERE that we must wait that long before requesting ATM card. He had no reply to that. Jerk. I hung up.

Tomorrow I will go to branch to request it. 🙄🙄

What are PNB add-on card annual maintenance charges? Same as primary card AMC?

opened account a month back, debit card not recieved yet (due to chip shortage excuse)

i don't have any debit card right now, somehow i registered on pnb one app...

but most of function in pnb app requires tpin or transaction password..

to set tpin we need debit card or transaction password.. but i don't have any transaction password.. also unable to do net banking registration..

i can't even do a thing with this account... worst banking experience ever

How to get PNB RuPay Platinum quickly since this bank is badly hit by shortage as per their employees 😄

Write a sad story email to some debit card specific email addresses telling how long ago you opened account but didn't get an ATM card so far:

Say how you are locked out of your bank account due to no DC. Request RuPay Platinum and tell them branch has insta kits only for RuPay classic or Visa. Tell them your internet banking/mobile app also locked out due to no DC. And tell them you want to make huge amount FD due to attractive 7% FD interest rate. This worked for me.   Their "Retail Liability Business Division" manager replied to me - is sending one RuPay Platinum on priority basis, promised to deliver within 7-10 working days.

For PNB, what I did was I opened account online but opted for no debit card. Did video KYC but that stupid team didn’t report that vKYC was done, it was wasted despite showing them PAN and signing on blank paper in the video call, so complained but they forced me to do vKYC again so I did again. Finally account was opened. Then from branch, applied for RuPay Platinum. However they never delivered it even after 5 months citing EMV chip shortage so I emailed some higher-ups in PNB and told them that I wanted to open huge amount FDs in the bank and for that debit card was essential. It was instantly delivered within 7 days to my house.

Although this didn't work for Bank of India and Bank of Maharashtra where my debit cards remain pending for 6 and 3 months respectively.

My pnb classic card is near expiry in next months

What should i do
First block card then apply?
