20th Oct : Bill generated a value of 50k.

01st Nov: Initiated value of 1lakh the transaction failed but the amount was debited and reverse happened immediately. Tried a couple of more times the same happened.

Due date of Bill is 5TH Nov.

From 2nd of Nov today trying to repay all the BBPS portal says no pending bills.

Reached CS and asked sir your Merchant refund is more than the Bill due amount so no need to pay your bill. sweat_smile🥴.

I said , Man this is a very big loop hole. Technically I need to repay. No sir it's already paid no need to worry.

Anyhow I am going to repay via Cred but the worst thing this month I can't reach RBL target spend for the voucher 🥴 sob.

There is no loop hole here.

The reversed txn was adjusted against your 50k due. When the bill generates on 20th you will have 50k billed.

Some banks bbps implementation is poor compared to sbi cards that's why they don't fetch the bill right now.

But, You can do this intentionally by placing an order for the iPhone and cancelling immediately. Hence you don't need to repay.

No need to fail. Just order something and cancel immediately

Similar thing have happenned once while cancelling the HDFC ncemi.

1. They deduct the full amount

2. They credited the full principal amount

3. Amount converted to emi and statement shows the 1st emi

4. Foreclose the emi but they didn't reverted the emi and all the charges related to 1st emi so in 1st statement I only pais the amount equivalent to 1st emi

5. And then in 2nd staement they reversed the debites principal amount and adjusted the 1st emi

This gave me the credit cycle of 90 days grin
