Help !

Transferred PF account from 1 account to another. The transfer claim says  ( PARA 57(1) (Transfer out) ) so its been approved.

But the fund isn't reflected onto the new PF account. Its been more than a month now.

Account wise balance section also don't show any of the transferred fund. Old PF account reflects as 0 fund and the new PF accounts only shows existing fund of the account. Transferred fund is lost somewhere ?

I filed the online EPF complaint, yet to hear back.

Anyone know what's going on ? This is so scary, how do we trust EPF with our money ?

Your transfer has been rejected

Take a rejection letter from the new pf office and go to the old office in person

It doesn't say rejection anywhere. If its rejected it should stay in the old PF account.

Raise a grievance on the new pf office. They will say that it has been rejected

A decade back I faced similar situation. A series of RTI, tactfully written to get info plus indirectly force them into correcting their mistake is what got my money finally transferred.

Another series of RTI's were then resorted to get the interest on this money stuck nowhere, which was given eventually by EPFO.
