transaction not showing in sbi unipay

Today i made a hdfc cc bill payment on sbi unipay through hdfc debit card a that time payment was shown as successful and i took screenshot as well but after few hours when payment credit notification not received than i checked sbi unipay for status and to my surprise this transaction is not showing up there although one different transaction which i made is showing up fine, since today is my due date so should i wait or make a new payment? Since as per my last experience hdfc issues cc balance refund through cheque and i will not be able to use this extra payment if both transaction get successful so what should i do now??

Same thing happened with me.logged in, transaction was successful on SBI unipay via hdfc dc but now can't find transaction when logging in ,no email received,cc bill payment not received for 4th sept but when I did transaction on 5th sept ,on same cc ,bill payment received instantly ....

i think you would have received bbps bill pay transaction details on your email for every payment in SBI Unipay
I receive it every time for the payments i do in SBI unipay
Side note: just suggestion PLEASE MAKE PAYMENT 5 DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE ATLEAST to avoid this confusion next time (I do like this)

Not sure but RBI says to allow 2 grace days for all bank's.
You dint get confirmation from hdfc for payment receipt?
Check available limit on hdfc card... Sometimes limit gets released even if no notification comes .. this means payment received

Thinking of making repayment but i am not sure what will i do if both payment gets credited also in case of repayment should i do it today or wait for atleast tomorrow??

paid minimum due again from cred and it got instantly credited will wait till tomorrow evening else pay again in full btw this is the transaction screenshot and at the bottom you can see transaction successful mentioned

@rahulsoni0706846 Bro I have a similar situation. My bill payment transaction is successfully done but the transaction status is not showing. The amount was debited from my bank account. But the biller account is not credited and transaction ID not received.
