Transaction failed on myjio without refund.

My transaction failed but money got deducted.
My jio customer says no such transaction is visible.
Amazon just left my chat and calls answered.
Has anyone had similar issues with myjio?
The transaction was worth 1332.

I haven't received refund of failed Rs 10 topup of JF Prepaid recharge since almost 6 months. Jio sent an email with the transaction ID mentioning that refund would be processed within 7-10 days. Escalated to Appellate authority after absolutely pathetic exp. with the lower level CS (as expected) but they finally responded that can't track the transaction and to raise a chargeback request. Since I had paid via Amazon Pay Wallet that doesn't seem to be viable option. Jio AA has stopped responding. Will lodge a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman some time later.
Why are you buying this expensive voucher ? Friday discount no?

I had purchased Rs. 155 voucher on My Jio and paid via Amazon Pay Wallet. The transaction had failed on MyJio but amount got deducted. I have mailed 7-8 times to Jio Customer Care and also Appellate Authority. But they have not given a clear solution to this problem. Where should I complain regarding this?
I lost 1332 in the exact same way.
Forget it. There is no support.
Consider it gone for peace of mind.
I even tried nach app. No refund
