I used to receive 5-10 spam calls daily, but now it's down to 1 per day. Most of these spam calls are related to HDFC, RBL, Bajaj credit cards, or personal loans.
I've installed the TRAI DND app and registered for DND. Whenever I receive a spam call, I complain directly to TRAI and block the number. After 2-3 days, the number either receives a warning or gets blacklisted for 1-6 months. I recommend everyone do the same. Initially, you might not see much change, but eventually, spammers will start removing numbers that complain to TRAI.
