It's not about money it's about hectic life and future
You just joined as a fresher and complaining about Personal Life?
evaluate your life decisions again man.
First step is always hard.
Let me make you feel better.... My Friend was working and sleeping in the same place in 2013 where he was joined as a trainee in same field as yours in Mumbai.
Its 2024, he has his own penthouse in mumbai and his family shifted from Jaunpur, UP to Mumbai.
He is on 68 LPA and even the electricity bill is paid by his company.
Keep hustling man... Civil is a tough one but gives you solid outcomes better than any other field.
Good Luck
that is stupendous achievement, penthouse in mumbai in just 10yrs wow
Pelenge to sab hi idhar sab apna Rona ro denge isliye khud ka bi dekhna chalu kar do..
Kaise passive income ya business ya kuch
That's awful.
Firstly, Try to improve your work condition by discussing with your Team Lead.
Secondly, keep improving your skills. Learn Online, learn from your Team Leads. I don't know much about Civil Engineering and how saturated your jobs are but keep applying after 6 months or 1 year experience. You'll probably get better pay.
In Civil Engineering... 1 year experience is nothing bro. Companies see if you are a reliable resource because in 1 year you gonna learn nothing.
He has an option to prepare for Govt Jobs if he can manage somehow. Or better gain some experience along with money and go for PG.
Not sure what others are saying..
These questions you have to answer yourself..
Are you learning something daily from your job?
If not try upskilling ypurself
Whats would be your carrer growth if you stay in same company after one year?
If no growth ..struggle and start learning to fullest ..once you gain 2Yoe leave
I am not getting any expectational knowledge and feeling I am losing my knowledge ...
50 days i was thinking to study along with job but here there is no time for wash clothes and hair cuts etc because no saloon before 7 am and after 8-9pm

Just coz someone is a new joinee doesn't mean their work condition should be awful. Their actual job can be challenging - that's not the issue. The issue is about their work condition. Doesn't matter if they are new to work life, it is never Ok to not give even one day leave in a week and making them to stand whole day.
