This was my first time using the site.
The site is very well stocked and has a huge variety of good brands to choose from. I bought a Wilson tennis racquet after applying a Discount coupon of Rs. 500 (from Mydala). I had some payment gateway problems and the amount was debited from my account but the site did not accept the order. I tried the CC phone but I could never connect the call. I guess they have a single phone line with only one CC guy attending all the calls 
Anyway, they respond to emails and they sorted it out. Order was processed and shipped rather promptly after that (contrary to Mouthshut.com reviews about this site). It reached on time (they ship by Bluedart). The packing was excellent.
In short, I am satisfied, and I can safely recommend this site to all dimers
