Totally cheat n unethical .worst rating

I am writing this review so as to warn the ladies blessed with motherhood not to trust these cheat, unprofessional and unethical site fr stuff for your kids.
I am penning down the entire story for everybodys knowedge pl.
1.I hd placed an order consisting of 11items for my baby boy who is 9 month old, last week online . I hd spoken with customer care on 07 OCT requesting for earlier delivery by 10th as i ws going out of town fr 2days wherein the customer care executive promised that the delivery wil b made after 13th i.e on my return.

2.Firstly ,today which is 13th evening my husband called up the customer care to check the status of delivery ,then, to our utmost surprise the order has been cancelled without my consent or any intimation which is totally unprofessional n unethical .I had neither recd any mail or msg or call or any other form of communication.We have requested the items to b delivered to us , however, the customer care executive has told that it cannot be done , which is totally not acceptable to us.

3.Secondly, my parents were at home at the given address fr the entire period of three days .During this nobody physically came to deliver the stores , so the reason stated by the customer care executive for cancellation that we refused to accept the store is sheer lie and reflects very poorly on your company.

4.Thirdly,during the conversation with customer care exec today evening my husband requested to connect to senior auth or supervisor/manager so that the matter can be brought to his notice and corrective action be taken.However, the call was not tranferred to the concerned manager or head on the pretext that they are busy n wil call later whereas after a lapse of more than 3 hours i hv not recd a call yet.

Therefore i would req all mothers n would b mothers to pls be careful when dealing with such unprofessional cheats n liars..
