Topper in WROST customer service! NEVERY BUY FROM FLIPKART!

Flipkart has become so unprofessional and it doesn’t care about its customers anymore because of
whom it exists.
I experienced an issue where i was delivered a wrong product twice (after replacement also). Next
day i raised a refund request and after few days received a message from “Ekart” that your product will be picked up today. When i called them to check the time around when they will come to pick my product up, started giving excuses “We have not received a confirmation email from our local hub, hence we will pick up your product once we receive that email” (This happened with me twice) and they didn’t come for pick up, twice.
When i called customer care 4 times (in a day), they just keep on telling that “sir aapka product aaj raat 9 baje se pehle ho jaayega. wait kijiye.” (Bullshit!!) I explained everything to every customer care executives i talked to, about the issue i’m facing and conversation i had with “Ekart” guy but all customer care executives were just keep repeating the same thing like a recorded message. (so frustrating!!)
It has been a month and a half, still my issue is not resolved yet.
So guys NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART because once you receive a wrong product, your actual problem will start and you will get to know how pathetic this whole chain is. From delivery guy to company.
