Top notch service @ amazon, purchase review

As always amazon is giving its customers a top notch shopping experience. Have been a loyal customer to Amazon since 2 years now and made many purchases, but thought to give a review of this one, I won’t go into product quality as it is a different arena altogether
I purchased a tshirt worth 1800 from Amazon.
As the seller was cloud tail my order was dispatched in 2 hours, but due to unknown reasons the shipping service ATC delayed the order delivery, so I received an email and 100 rupees got credited to my pay balance. I was thankful to Amazon for this. Now, when I received the item, the size was a bit larger for me so I placed a refund request and was given an offer of extra 10% refund in Amazon pay balance, the pickup and refund was completed within 12 hours of placing the request, but the extra 10% didn’t come, then I contacted Amazon and they again credited that amount + goodwill gift card of 50. So altogether it was a complete win – win purchase for me, so below are the pros and cons (though less) of Amazon as per me -

Pros -
Great dels
Convenient pickup and instant refunds
Compensation for delay
Great customer care
Perfect shipping time and quick deliveries

Cons -
No or very less number of discount coupon

Couldn’t think of any other
