This luscious dessert recipe can be made using only 3 ingredients. This dessert is served chilled and it’s so creamy that no one says NO for a second round of it. This Valentine's day serves this dessert after a romantic candlelight dinner.
Ingredients you need
1. ½ Nutella
2. 1 cup heavy cream
3. 4-5 Tablespoon of crushed almond or any other nut of your choice

Steps to Follow
Firstly we will start with pouring heavy cream in a bowl. Use an electric beater or hand blender for whipping the cream. Whip the cream until it is fluffy.
Now add Nutella in a bowl and with the help of a spatula mix the Nutella and cream if needed use an electric beater to mix it.
Transfer the mixture into glass and garnish it with almond.
Chill it in the fridge for a few hours.
Once the mousse is chilled, it ready to serve. You can also garish it with dry fruits of your choice.

Ingredients required
1. ½ cup of unsalted butter
2. 250 grams of dark chocolate finely chopped
3. 5-6 large eggs
4. Pinch of salt
5. ½ cup of sugar
6. 8 inch (20cm) springform pan
7. Cocoa powder or powdered sugar depending on your preference
Steps to Follow
1.Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a bowl and set it over a saucepan with boiling water in it. Now let the chocolate and butter completely melt. Once it is melted remove from the heat and let it cool.
2.Add 5-6 egg yolks into the mixture and stir it until it is smooth.
3.Take a beater and add 5-6 egg whites and a pinch of salt in it and beat it until it becomes foamy.
4. Now gradually add ½ cup of sugar and continue to beat it.
5.Whisk a quarter of egg whites into the chocolate mixture and then gently fold the remaining egg white remain to fold it gently and not to mix it harshly.
6.Grease a springform pan with oil/butter and pour the batter of chocolate into it.
7.Bake it at 180 C in a microwave for about 20 minutes.
8.Once the baking is completed, let it cool and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
9.Dust it with cocoa powder or powdered sugar

Cut dark chocolate roughly into small pieces with the help of a double boiler or microwave whichever is convenient and keep it aside at room temperature. At this point if you want you can add dry fruits to melted chocolate.

Side by side prepare a sauce type topping of ⅓ cup of maple syrup, 2 tbsp. of coconut oil, 2 tbsp. of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract mix it until smooth
Spread this mixture on the tray evenly and sprinkle crushed toasted peanuts on it.
Refrigerate it for about 2-3 hours

Ingredients
Vanilla Custard powder- 2 tbsp
Milk- ½ liter
Dark compound Chocolate- 200gms
Condensed Milk- 100gms
Steps to follow-
In a small bowl, take 2 tbsp of custard powder and mix it with 2 tbsp of milk nicely without leaving behind any lumps. Keep aside this custard slurry.
In a heavy bottom pan add half a liter of milk, once the milk is warm, add condensed milk and mix thoroughly with whisk.
Add dark chocolate, and stir constantly until this chocolate is melted. Keep the flame at low.
Once everything is nice and melted, pour your custard slurry to it, then turn your flame from low to medium high
With continuous stirring cook the mixture for about 1 min, at this point your custard will start to thicken and will have nice nice and gloss.
Close the flame once it is thick, it should be at thick milkshake consistency. Cool it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, don’t put it in the freezer it will become ice cream then.
