Today I received Amazon pay ICICI credit card. How to generate pin?
I have not received any message or email regarding user id or pin.
I don’t have icici bank account. I am unable to login to imobile app. also ivr is not worrking.

ICICI’s imobile app is not able to send SMS to initialize the account. Not sure whats the issue? Tried multiple times clearing cache, uninstalling, giving all permissions etc but no luck.
They should send all of the NetBanking details in mail. Call CC, they would really be helpful.
i got cashback 2 days ago of 600 for applying icici apay card
i checked imobile card is not showing
does that means it is approved , if yes how many days it will take to show in app ?
3-4 bank working days .
for me its “We are assessing your application
for Credit Card” from past 2 weeks!! Document verification and address verification done(agent visited)..
My card got approved last week .So 4 working days are over .
Received 600 in Amazon pay.Card is added to Amazon account .
I had a pocket account with same number in past .Now when I am checking in imobile , found that the details are only for pocket account and it’s card .
No other separate mail received from icici for user id .
Anyone help out ?
Even I faced the same issue.
Then I contacted their customer care and she said your mobile no is not yet linked with card in there system so you are not able to login.
She took request for that and said to wait for 1 working day.
