I have made a purchase with timtara.com

Promised delivery time: 8 to 10 working days

However I have not yet received my product till date (2nd April 2012)

The Customer Care (CC) keeps telling me that the product has been dispatched (on 16th March) and will be delivered by the end of the week. I have been getting this same reply since the last 15 days.

The CC refuse to transfer me to someone in authority so that I can get the issue resolved. They have even hung up the phone when I insist that I want my issue resolved
I have not only suffered monetary loss (as I have to make multiple calls) but also have been harassed as their CC is hardly ever reachable. It takes a desiccated 45 minutes to get through to them

I applied for a refund by sending a mail to [email protected] as well as [email protected] and [email protected] on the 26th of March 2012. I got a reply on the 1st of April saying that the product has been dispatched and hence a refund is not possible

I hope that my complaint here will fetch me some response . I also want to give other potential customers a factual account of my experiences with this enterprise so that they can make an informed choice before shopping with them
