Timtara becoming.... tortura

timtara is becoming the worst than even online e-commerce sites these days…..

i suggest people to completely avoid timtara,as they lost all their reputation in the past 2-3 months…
earlier they used to dispatch products a bit late (late by around 10 days)…. and atleast responded in a way ….

these days…. they were not even dispatching the products for months and months….. even after repeated complaints…sending a same mail reply to everything, no matter what you gave a complaint…. customer care became worst of the worst….

earlier i ordered
nokia 101, logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and received them in a span of around 20 days…

Status: Still awiating shipment.

Sent repeated mails for update. After that I called them and asked for a cancellation of the product and asked for a refund for which the answer is, I have to send a mail and they cant cancel the order in phone…. what a $hit…
I sent 5 mails for cancellation and refund of the amount….. send some threatening mails for which they replied every time the same… your issue has been forwarded to the concerned department….

one more website added to my list of $hit….
