New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a hard-hitting message for the citizens while addressing students from the national capital on Monday.
The PM said only those who keep the country’s roads and streets clean have the first right to chant Vande Mataram.
“As I was entering, I heard people chanting ‘Vande Mataram, Vande Mataram!’… My heart was filled with patriotism. However, do we have the right to chant Vande Mataram?” PM Modi asked.
