Absolutely Horrible Service – Tata CLiQ FORCED Delivery and REFUSES to Return!
I am FURIOUS with Tata CLiQ! I ordered headphone and immediately realized I didn’t need them, so I contacted their support to cancel the order. But did they care? NO! They completely IGNORED my request and FORCED the delivery on me! Now, they have the audacity to say they won’t take it back because of their so-called "no return policy"! This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I don’t need this product, and I will NOT be forced into keeping something I didn’t want in the first place. Tata CLiQ, your customer service is PATHETIC! I will NEVER shop here again, and I’ll make sure to warn others to avoid this horrible experience. FIX THIS NOW!

why did you take delivery you could have refused it.
In first place you should not have taken delivery, or could have informed family members or others to reject delivery in case you aren't available. After accepting delivery you are bound to accept product returnable policy and you can't fight it. Being furious won't help.
