THIEVES OF THE WORST ORDER, DO NOT TRUST TATA CLIQ

I bought a tablet and smartphone stand from Tata Cliq along with a tablet cover. Both had the same AWB number and the parcel was delivered on June 24. The parcel had only the tablet cover, the stand was missing. The order ID is 113284258 and the prepaid order was placed on June 19, 2021. The invoice had both the products listed and the both the products were marked as delivered.
I complained on customer care and they said they will resolve the issue within 5 working days. After 4 days, they said that since I had received partial items, it had to go to a different departmemt and asked me to send photos of what I received and the invoice on a Whatsapp number which I did. They assured me that the problem would be resolved within 3 working days. After 3 working days, when I approached them, they said the complaint was not even raised. Again, they promised me to give a solution within 3 working days. There was nothing from their end in the next 3 working days, so at the end of it, I called them and yelled at them. I gave them a deadline of two more days after which I told them I will label them thieves all over the internet. The deadline ended at 6 PM on 7 July 2021, that was yesterday. They are thieves of the worst order who take money from customers with fake promises of product delivery and their customer care is the worst I have ever communicated with. DO NOT BUY FROM TATA CLIQ, THEY ARE CHEATS!
