I ordered coffee from Zepto today, it was 72 Rs for 50gm + 50gm. This in itself is a pretty good deal because it's usually hard to find coffee for less than 1 re = 1 gm
Anyways, what I got was 200 gm + 50 gm.
I think they made a mistake while sending out my order or I was the winner of their "lets surprise the customer" lucky draw.
Anyways, I thought I should share this here, and check if someone else got benefits like this from Zepto
maybe marketing trick to lure new customers
TRICKY MARKETING ZEPTO USUALLY DO: they actually always give free credit like Rs.75 to wallet account for which we need to buy with MOV of Rs. 99 and above
so i guess this might be another marketing way to lure new customers
by giving loot for few existing customers to use them as mascots for new customers (neat marketing trick i would say)
If item which was ordered was not in stock they send higher quantity to retain customers there cancellation stand for only 1% sometime 0.5

Has happened with me too quite a few times.... most recent had ordered haldirams mixture of 200gms got big pack of 400 gms
Have benefitted like this but the loss due to wrong items, expired items, wrongly marked delivered across sites is way way beyond this small benefit
My friend ordered for Duracell AAA battery 10 number pack for 159. But he received 10 packets, that is 100 batteries...
