The good old has gone bad...!

I used to be one of the loyal customers of Flipkart, but now the products are priced way higher, than offered by another other site selling the same product. Especially in books, they have gone so bad, high prices, unpredictable fluctuation in prices. I placed on order for statistics book, they kept my money for 10 days, and then refunded it which took another 10 days, saying the book is not available, while the very next day of rejection, I saw that the same book was shown available on their site..
