I thought Instamart was only for packaged items and not for the restaurant orders.

Swiggy Bolt was a BIG FAIL for me.
I tried their first bolt order. The restaurant (bakery) is literally less than a km from my home (850m to be exact). Order placed and confirmed at 8:03 PM. It was delivered at 8:28 PM! Forget about 10 mins. It was more than 20 mins late.
The order was just 2 pieces of cheesecake which would have been readily available to be picked up and delivered.
The level of expectations people have now is surprising
Since it is less than 800m and only two small cheesecake it should come fast
And in 10 mins lol
No patience
We are moving towards destruction
