emotional card and victim card is best way to gain sympathy of people emotionally , if you put some emotion in any story then even people who oppose you will support you ..
thats why courts all over world give 0 weight to any emotion or emotional story inside courtroom ..

since beginning all odds were saying this case is open and shut case bcoz of all the witnesses and his own son said it was natural death ,, but bcoz of gujrat election this story get picked after 3 years of death , and so much hype on it .. they kneow , 99% people will not read case details ..

even our fellow dimer here said his lawyer friend said it is solid case that is called putting more masala to story ,, it is same like when journo said during demonetization that their driver , dudhwala , sabjiwala said so n so to them ..

they politicized everything from murder to rape , from festivals to judiciary ….
but sadly all of them got trashed later ..

btw still one class can say judiciary is sold , CJI or judges were RSS man , they got paid / threatened again ..
so just 1 logical question to them — 2002 , ishrat jahan , sohrabuddin were happened almost 15 years back .
UPA ruled from 2004-2014 . courts , cbi , sit , nia , raw , everything was in regime of madam ji .. then why they did not solve all these cases at that time , 10 years not enough ??
their all allegation on 2002 , ishrat jahan , sohrabuddin were thrashed by courts even before NDA govt ..

they are the same people who published a book on 26/11 that it was done by an indian organisation .. thanks to security forces who caught kasab alive ..

that’s why this gang protested a recent bill on fake news , which was introduced by smriti irani to curb all fake news reporting .. however bcoz of protest by these journo , PM modi asked irani to withdraw it ..

now ask this brave reporter to cover a story on sunanda pushkar .. while investigation is not complete i will give benefit of doubt to tharoor ..
but those people concerned on loya never talked about more valid case of sunanda .. not even our krantikari neta kejriwal ..

and for once lets suppose CJI ask CBI / SIT to investigate it .
then you will believe CBI report if it also deny such allegation ??

answer is no ,, then you will say CBI comes under home ministry so CBI is also paid ..

so why all such drama ??
answer is simple – just to make a issue for elections .
