Terrible Service and Booking Mishap Left Stranded Due to Abhibus Negligence

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Abhibus. Despite booking a bus ticket from Mathura to Jhansi for 8th November 2024 at 23:30, I received a call from the bus partner on 7th November, claiming my booking was for that night at 23:45. I contacted Abhibus immediately, and your team confirmed my journey date as 8th November, assuring me that the matter would be resolved with the bus partner. I re-confirmed this on 8th November at 15:00, and once again, Abhibus assured me there was no issue.
However, when I arrived at the isolated Raya Cut boarding point that night, I was told there was no booking in my name. After contacting Abhibus, I was informed it was a mistake on your end. I was forced to make alternative travel arrangements, suffering through a night journey without a seat. Adding to the inconvenience, my refund of INR 733 was incomplete, with only INR 664 returned.
This experience was unacceptable and caused significant distress
