once again very safe area but not much public transport. very few buses and getting auto/uber s also difficult. good place for retired ppl.
5) tarnaka/nacharam/hubsiguda
8-10 km
8k-15k
abundant buses to station and affordable rents and adtnly it has metro connection.
6) malkajgiri/alwal/ecil
8-12km
rents 7-15k. u have good choice of apts and indpt houses here
full of working class. budget area bus connectivity is avg but always crowded.

all the areas which i mentioned have good schools and colleges in the same colony.

I just gave a rough estimate of rents. it’ll very depending on the conectivity to main road/old or new flats/amenities etc.

If u can afford then marredpally is really good area otherwise u can checkout mettuguda/tarnaka/malkajgiri/uppal area. May be @rajrocks can give u detailed analysis of these areas!
since ur office is at St johns road u can get buses to all areas in d city from secbad stn.
if u want to stay in Ameerpet/SR nagar area then @Achilles anna can guide u.
