Chepalem, it’s wireless network and it depends upon lot of factors like number of users connected to a tower/network congestion ,bts, signal strength ….. i got 5mbps speed on airtel 3g @ west maredapelly & pathetic speeds @ ameerpet though i have 3G signal……if you have airtel or idea or anyother sim with you activate 3G & do a small recharge like 9rs/30min to check signal strength/speed first….danini patti higher packs recharge chesuko.

U want time based plan, go wid Idea 3G. Go for Aircel if u r looking for Daily plan. Looter z da correct person to respond though.
