is anyone or anyone's known using mouthguard for teeth?are custom one's made by dentists good or can one buy from market?what to look for before purchasing them?any idea how much does a dentist charge for the custom one's? please share anything more that you know about this

Are you talking about guard for sports or to prevent grinding at night?
For sports, generic mouth guards will be fine, since you won't wear them for too long at a time, but the fit might not be perfect.
If it's to prevent grinding while sleeping, might as well get custom ones made.
