TataCliq | Oneplus Buds Z2 Missing from the Package

I ordered a product from TataCliq on May 19, 2024: the OnePlus Buds Z2 In-Ear Bluetooth Earbuds. The courier package was delivered on May 24, 2024. Upon opening the courier package, I found that the OnePlus brand package seal was missing, and the product box was empty—there were no Bluetooth earbuds or charging cable inside.
I contacted Tatacliq customer support and below is their reply
"We have contacted the seller regarding the partial/empty order that you have received, and have been informed that the product was dispatched only after a thorough quality check. As a result, your request has been denied"
What should I do now to get refund or replacement😢?

Because I was not able to find any details of the seller on Tatacliq and was suspicious.
Looks like handiwork of the seller/courier.
No Buds okay but no userguide no charging cable and brand package seal also missing.
Very unfortunate that Cliq service was pathetic that it couldn't help.

If the seal was missing then you should have not opened the box without creating an unboxing video

even that box look like fake. already someone said in those threads clickbuy sellers sells refurbished items.
I am getting that 150 cliq cash message from last 2 months expiring on 31st may, still stopping that urge to order something before it expires!! and after seeing this, got a relief that atleast i did not order anything. BTW follow the twitter route that will work faster than higher authority one.
Chargeback If paid by Credit card
Any DD thread or steps to raise the chargeback for this kind of issue?
Meanwhile I will also check on web.

UPDATE
Following the suggestions given by fellow dimers, here's what I've done:
- Chargeback on HDFC: I initiated a chargeback with HDFC, and a provisional credit is now visible in the unbilled transactions section of my HDFC card.
- Complaint on NCH: Raising a complaint on NCH wasn't helpful. The team is from TataCliq(which I got to know later) and they just rejected my claim.
- Email to CEO and Ratan Tata: I CCed both the CEO and Ratan Tata on a reply to the rejection email from the NCH TataCliq team.
- Success with the email: This approach worked! The top management team reached out, asked for the unboxing video (which I had already shared), and requested some additional details. After re-investigating the issue, they refunded the amount.
