If it's a upi trxn then there is a cap of 500 coins in a billing cycle. For rest, there is no cap

same thing happened with me in march’s statement although amount was less than 50k(39k something), as in statement you can see 500 neucoins were earned but reversed. Merchant was airtel( cc bill payment on airtel app through cred upi)

I don't understand why banks still don't give normal reward points without any limits. UPI CC mdr is same or slightly more than Visa/Mastercard/Rupay MDR.

when does the BoNuS neu coins get credited ? is it 1 month after statement date ?
I did 1.6L in UPI. Got 500 coins for it. Looks like there's a cap of 500 per month vis UPI
