Care Instructions
Keep plants in medium light locations, out of direct sunlight.
Natural light is best, but some plants can also thrive in office fluorescent light.
Plant soil should be kept moist at all time.
Be careful to avoid overwatering.
Do not allow plants to stand in water.
Avoid wetting plant leaves excessively.
A spray of water should help in case of flowering plants.

I also got this but my neu account is even blocked 
I have 2 ltf neu cc in my family, both account blocked but received only 1 plant

I too received it but on the old address so wasn't able to collect it. 
Later, I Checked the Tata neu app and found that the old address was marked default and hence received on that address.
So, please do check your default address from Tata neu app.

I've Delhivery app installed, so, a good thing about it is, it shows packages inbound to me.
That's how I got to know that Tata Neu is sending something via Delhivery from Faridabad, hoping to receive the same thing.
I guess they get the customer's address from the credit card's correspondence address. So probably they are sending only to credit card holders.
Partly yes and partly no.
This is gifted for those who got CCs with NO LTF and later granted LTF. As long as they keep this plant green the card remains LTF. The inspiration behind this is from folktales where Tulasi plant remains green when the hero is healthy.
